By placing an order with inspireproducts.com.au you agree that you understand and have read the following.

Refund Policy

All goods delivered are shipped in good condition.

We do not offer refunds if you order incorrect goods, or choose the wrong colour or profile whilst ordering. You must check the product model design, colour and quantities prior to ordering. 

We will offer an exchange or refund if the goods are faulty due to a manufacturing fault of our own or damaged in transit.

Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving notice that your goods have been despatched.

On receipt of your goods please contact us immediately of any order discrepancies. Claims after 14 days will not be accepted.


We endeavour to despatch goods within 1-3 business days after payment has cleared. Payment usually clears by the end of the next business day. Due to high demand during busy holiday periods, you may experience a slight delay.

Delivery time frame varies depending on your location however freight within Australia is usually 3-10 business days.

Please keep in mind delivery/ freight companies do not operate on weekends or public holidays.


All transactions will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST (Goods and services Tax).
